My name is Kimberly Wrenn, president and owner of CORE-ageous Fitness. Six years ago I made the decision to pursue my passion as my profession and that led me to open up my very own fitness business, launching my career in a totally new direction.

Cardio Training

Resistance Training
My experiences in fitness training include a focus on muscle development. The scientifically-based program I follow will help you burn calories, boost your metabolism, and improve your overall health. A combination of strategic exercises using TRX, dumbbells, barbells, and much more, plus a healthy diet will have you looking great and feeling strong!
Core Training
Your core is the foundation for all human movement. The core is not just your abdominals. The core is so much more and covers the mid-hip all the way up to the chest- front, back and both sides! Whether it’s losing weight, trimming and toning and/or better stability and balance, my program will help develop and improve your core.
Corrective Exercise Training
I am certified by NASM in corrective exercise. I am qualified to assess a person and determine if correction is necessary. I adopt NASM's Inhibit, Lengthen, Activate, and Integrate techniques to help identify any neuromusculoskeletal dysfunction. If a problem is found, I will work hard to solve the problem and implement a solution.
